We look forward to rewarding the at-risk kids you serve with tickets and experiences! To become an MVK ticket recipient, please provide the information requested below and then click the Submit button. You will receive an email within the week from our Program Coordinator. We will require a brief follow up questionnaire along with a signed General Release and documentation of tax exempt, non-profit status. Once all documentation has been approved, your organization will receive an email notifying you of your approval to begin claiming tickets.
Our primary mission is to provide tickets and experiences as rewards and incentives to deserving kids in the community. Our target population includes kids, ages 2 - 18, who would otherwise not be able to afford the opportunity to attend sports/cultural events. We ask that at least 75% of the clients you serve qualify for free/reduced lunch. We do not accept recipient agencies whose primary focus is competitive sports. All of our recipients must have a social service component as well as provide their own chaperones and transportation.
Please Note: A membership fee of $200 will be charged at the beginning of each calendar year. This fee is designed to encourage your organization to take full advantage of MVK and our rewards and incentives. We guarantee a minimum of 50 tickets per agency, valued at significantly more than the cost of membership. Our goal is to reward the kids you serve with hundreds of tickets and experiences annually.
New agencies registering will receive free membership from the time agency registration is approved until the end of that calendar year.
